Looking for single people for a fun weekend away!

OK, this is the story - I'm a single girlie in my 30's and though I'm not a Billy-Nomates I'd love to meet some new like-minded people. What I'm thinking is, if you're say in your 30's-40's and currently single, how do you fancy a weekend away meeting other like minded people - could be a walking weekend or an adventure weekend or maybe just an interesting town/city. I'd be prepared to organise it, and would be as reasonably priced as possible (maybe hostel or bunkhouse type accomodation - depending how many of you (if any!) would be inteterested it could be a large farmhouse. Personally I love the outdoors so walking springs to mind, but would be open to any ideas. I know there are various groups we can join to meet new people - but why pay out a fortune when it's only a bit of organising required!!

The only requirements I have are that you enjoy a laugh, and a drink!

OK all, thanks for your responses so far everyone. Now I need a little info from those of you interested - ie male/female, approx. where you live & distance you are happy to travel, any preferences of weekend whether it's walking, adventure or whatever else you may put forward, at some point I'd like you to pm me your email address too, and I'll do the same.

Also your availability would be good - I have a free weeked Fri 15th April but I guess that'll be too soon to get sorted - after that I'm busy every weekend until Fri 20th May! (Didn't realise I was that busy!)

If anyone else out there is interested, get in touch - you won't know what you're missing unless you come along. All I ask is that you bring your sense of humour and know how to laugh!! I intend this to be an easy-going weekend full of fun and laughter! (not a throw-your-keys-in-to -see-who-you-end-up-with weekend!!) - Hope you're not all dropping out now with disappointment!!!! Well, I'm not sure yet if I'm the only girl it wouldn't be fair!!!!!! haha
