Advice Required Regarding Nationwide Building Society

Advice needed please as I seem to getting nowhere !
During my 22 years at Nationwide Building Society have had four mortgages all with PPI, critical illness cover, I sold up in 2002 and paid off mortgage. I have also had a number of personal loans ranging from 3k to 7.5k, I have managed to find two loan agreements showing the ppi cover, but as I couldnt find the others I requested a full breakdown off Nationwide which cost me ten pounds, most of which they sent are computer generated print outs which are difficult to interpret, also copies of mortgage details inc ppi etc but no copies of loan agreements sent to me.
Obviously the ppi cover I had for the mortgages goes back too far however i believe I have the grounds for the miss selling on the loans and therefore would like to make a multiple claim, is there a specific template or letter for doing this as the ones I have seen appear to be single claims !
I would be grateful for some advice
Also are there many ppi stories against Nationwide Building Society
Anything I need to be aware of ?
Mike

Why do you think it was missold? Simply having cover does not mean it was missold.0

Many thanks for your reply
The reason I believe I was missold PPI on each occassion was that I was led to believe by nationwide that I had to take this out with them to support my loan applications, if I known at the time I could have shopped around elsewhere, notwithstanding this the terms and conditions were never explained to me in person anyway.
I understand nationwide Building society are reluctant in upholding any claims, and therefore just wanted an opinion, rather than me waste my time.
If you do think I have grounds for a claim could you suggest a suitable template that I can use for multiple claims, and any other advice would be appreciated.
Many thanks0 -
That is a very difficult complaint to get upheld simply because you have made the assertion so the burden of proof is on you. That does not mean it needs to be proven beyond all reasonable doubt, like a criminal case, but the evidence must show it is more likely than not, and not just equally likely, that it is true. With no evidence at all, it is at best (from your point of view) equally likely and so you should lose. The reason I believe I was missold PPI on each occassion was that I was led to believe by nationwide that I had to take this out with them to support my loan applications
This may sound harsh but without that principle we would all be subject to false allegations.
This is never a reason to uphold a complaint against a business that only sells products of that type from one provider.if I known at the time I could have shopped around elsewhere
That might be grounds for complaint - but not if it was a non-advised sale. Even if it was, there would probably need to be evidence that it was unsuitable for you (eg a medical condition that meant a claim would never be met).notwithstanding this the terms and conditions were never explained to me in person anyway.0
