Life assurance - bit embarrassing

I took out a life assurance policy with the prudential when I bought my first flat almost 8 years ago. I have just bought a substantially more expensive house in London and still have the same policy. I have been paying the Prudential all this time and cant find any paperwork and never hear from them. I have been recommended to make sure that the policy covers my new place since it is more expensive but I cant find a way to contact them. I did fill in a contact us form on their website but not heard anything since (2 weeks ago)
Anyone know how i can get in touch to discuss possibly upgrading or at least find out what I'm covered for so I can search for better deals?
Thanks

Prudential were a bit before my time - im not sure if they sold their policies to another company. However there is a company called pru protect - their call centre is based in south africa. Why not call them rather than waiting on someone to call you back?

Hi,
I use 01786448844 for Prdential Pensions but I think its a switchboard and they should be able to transfer you to the correct department.
Best of luck.

Number to try - 0845 601 0072 - if you don't have a policy number to hand they can trace it with your name, address, dob and a few additional checks.0
