Can I claim back PPI if I have claimed on the Insurance when I was made redundant .

You can make a mis-sale complaint if you have a complaint. However, having claimed on the policy successfully, it would indicate that a number of the mis-sale reasons would not apply to you. So, your chances are more limited.
Plus, if you are successful, they will deduct your claim from the redress payment and you may well find that the claim payout is more than the premiums paid.
