I bought some bifold doors form B&Q last feb cost over £1600 got them fitted no problems noticed on February this year that the silicone was coming out where its els the windows to the frame went straight to the store and they arranged for somebody to come out and inspect. He did agreed there was a fault and passed my details onto the supplier then then email me asked for photos and agreed to replace the doors.
They emailed me on the 28/2/2012 saying that they had none in stock but would let me know as soon as arrived i emailed again beginning of April to be told would be in 24th April have now received an email saying not in till next week.
What i want to know is how long do i have to wait before moving this on to next step i have spoken with B& Q but they claim out of there hands i thin k over two months is too long when i order the doors and frame originally they delivered with within three weeks from the order date.

Technically, any remedy shouldn't overly inconvenience you. But this is a difficult one. If they've got none in stock what can you do? I suppose you could ask for another type, or a (part) refund but would either solution leave you any better off than waiting?
