pc problems should I format

My screen keeps freezing, somtimes I cann't get on the net and when I try for safe mode my wireless keyboard wont work until my pc is fully up and running, so a reboot is not possible. Even when I put the boot disc in I have no keyboard?.

try an old fashioned KB first. may cure all your problems.

wireless are normaly conected via the usb and i think the drivers for them load later, so as above try a normal ps2 keyboard, then do all the normal scans for adaware, spyware, viruses, driver errors etc. format should be last resort really unless you want to format. some like to do it for a clean start ervy so often.0

Don't reformat - as above wireless needs drivers loading
