folks i would advise anyone who is going to reclaim from your bank NOT to use this company
they do very little for you
and if you phone or email them regarding the matter you get treated with bad manners rudeness and ignorance
they like to send out final demands and give threatening phone calls before you recieve your payment
it took me 42 emails 17 phone calls and two letters before i finally managed to be done with them
and for that pleasure you need to repay them 25% +VAT for nothing
i'm truly sorry i used them now
