Parking eye parking charge notice, reply or ignore?

Hi
First time on the boards. Many thanks for all the helpful info on here about parking eye.
Quick question if I may though, about which I have read differing advice on.... The notice was addressed to my husband as the registered owner. He was at work and was not the driver. Should he reply stating this (as per the template letter on here), or just completely ignore all the correspondence? Is there any benefit/downside of one approach over the other in terms of how quickly they stop pursuing it?
Many thanks

Engaging them in any sort of correspondence will only encourage them as they think you have taken their fake ticket seriously.
So if all you want to do is get rid of them, then ignoring is the one.
"Going advanced" involves putting them on notice that you were not the driver and asking them to cease to send any further letters. This can, if they don't desist, put you in a position to sue them for unlawful harassment.
Up to you, really.0
