Santander refusing to pay out £100 switching incentive.

Options
My gf & I are with them & got the £100.

My mother & sister recently went with them & got their £100.

My brother also switched & met the criteria. His 13 weeks are up.

He met the criteria of switching at least 2 direct debits which were paid within the allotted time. He deleted these by accident about 8 weeks in to the 13 weeks waiting period, but the criteria had already been met.

They're now refusing to pay out.

Would you say this is worth challenging with a complaint as the criteria had already been met? Has anyone else here experienced this with Santander?

Don't the DDs have to stay for at least 12 weeks, and be 'actioned' at least once? Deleting them after 8 weeks may have voided the offer?

I don't remember seeing that as part of the deal. I do remember the actioning at least once part, but not a mention of the DDs having to remain active for the entire duration.
