How to keep a bandaged paw dry?

    Use the whole latex glove not just the thumb.
    Pop it over the paw, secure with tape, then pop a sock over the top.
    Had to do this recently with my dogs paw to keep the bandage dry.

    Another vote for the empty drip bag here. My vet gave me a couple which I keep on standby and they are very robust so perfect for walks. When my boy just nips out to the garden though, I just tie a poop bag around the bandage as that suffices for a quick trip onto our grass.

    I wouldn't suggest vetwrap (other brands are available :) ). If it gets even the tiniest bit wet, it can shrink and compromise circulation. Bandage injuries can have severe repercussions so never let them get wet - make sure they are not too tight either. With eleven dogs, I'm sure you know what you're doing anyway :)
