The judgement is against her personally. I think she rents her home but I don't know.
I think she might be a student currently, doing freelance journalism/ PR.
"You will need to complete forms:
No. 53, Part 3 and a certificate of judgment request for the Writ. These are not Court forms but should be available to collect from a Law Stationers."

Note, one problem with getting money from someone is that if they do not have it, they can't give it to you, no matter what judgements and paperwork you can get

It's also worth checking if she has any other judgments. She may be in the habit of collecting them and ignoring them. There's no point pursuing her if she has nothing to give you. It will only end up costing you more money.0

How can I find out if she has other judgements? I suspect she might but I don't know. Even if she does I think it would more likely she is cunning and dishonest rather than poor, based on what I have discovered.0
