Electricians - what would you charge to fit 7 Mr16 recessed lights?

Options
I know everyone will say should have got GU10 fittings but I could not find any I liked. I've got Aurora Mr16 fittings

I have gone for Mr16 5w LED bulbs. I've bought the bulbs form http://www.simplyled.co.uk/ their new nxt generation ones, they had good reviews and give me 21 days to try them out, and a decent discount. I have bought the corresponding drivers needed as well, (I hope I have anyway)

Electrician arriving tomorrow to fit.

The electrician was a bit woolly when he came round a while back when i was undecided on the light to get as to what he would charge to fit. Do you guys mind giving me a ball part figure of what I should be expecting to pay? He was going to charge on a per light basis. House is pretty modern and all electrics up to date, should be no horrors found.

He will be removing 4 ceiling roses and fitting 7 new lights. 3 will be where there is no lights at the moment so I guess 'loop' with the one that is being replaced in the same room.

Room 1 - 2 ceiling lights down - 2 new lights up in same place, each works from an independent switch. I have bought a 16w driver for each light as each light in this room will have 3 x 5w bulbs.

Room 2 - 1 central light down and 3 new lights in a row follow the beam run fitted. 30w will be total of the bulbs in this room, so have got 1 30w driver.

Room 3 - 1 central light down, 1 fitted where this is from and 1 new one further along. 20w of bulbs here so have one 30w driver.

Many thanks

What's the access above the rooms? floorboards? Carpets? Loft? No access? This will make a huge price difference
Have you spoken to the electrician about your design? Assuming you had pendant type fittings before, I'm not convinced your new lights will be sufficient. They are called down lights coz they light a spot 'down' from the ceiling.

Many thanks fluffpot - The light given should be fine that parts covered I think, the beam is a 60 degree angle from the LED's.

They will all be fitted into ceilings downstairs. He said he was really good at threading across the ceiling without the need for pulling up carpets and floor boards above.
