My experience with this company has been terrible and having done some research now I can see that there are lots of others who have been let down. I ordered a summerhouse from them with the promise of a typical 2-5 delivery but still waiting for even an indication of a delivery date (let alone delivery) 10 days later. And all after sales service has been completely non-existent. I have called daily to ask what has happened to my order and every day have been promised a call back and every day no call back has materialised.
