BAA Worldcard

Well, all I did was go to google search and type BAA Worldcard. The result of the search took me to an old chat forum of moneysavingexpert.com in which this freephone number of BAA worldcard creditcard was mentioned. I called the number and applied for the card.

Regarding the benefits etc., may I suggest you call this number 0800 0320395 and the person taking the call would give you full details of the card.

Just rang number, nice girl answered 'BAA worldcard, how can I help?' Asked whats the spend to point ratio. Girl umms and ahhs, put me on hold five minutes and come back saying she doesn't have any info on it.

Does it have a website, on hold, comes back can't find it.

Can you send me through some info, don't have anything to send through.

Ask if someone else in office knows more, she says will speak to Team Leader and on hold again. Comes back saying Team Leader is on phone to BAA marketing dept. On hold again.

Come back saying still has no more info, can only offer that I join up the card and then if I don't want it, they will take off credit search from my file.
