CPS Midlands are easily ignored.
CPS (Perky) can be ignored unless you're a donut, relative or acquittance!

Hi,
My wife car received a ticket from CPS Midlands back in October 2011.
Surprisingly she received a penalty notice for the October ticket demanding the £75 within 7 days on the 1st August 2012.
From what I have read do I take it I should ignore the letters and threats.
Kind Regards,
Yaseen0 -
It's not penalty it's just an invoice that you should ignoreExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
They are digging up old cases in an attempt to fool people into paying for it.
Any company whom thinks you owe them money would have taken you to court by now if they thought they had a chance of winning. As CPS are still saying "they might" take you to court means they have no aims of doing court as they know they will lose0 -
I received a parking fine in carters green. I checked the online forums and did not pay. I ignored all letters. But they just sent me a letter that they are taking this case to court. Please advise ASAP? Shall I go to my solicitors?? I've posted in other threads but not getting much responce. Please help.
