Hi I am not at all technicaly minded, So would it be easy to add a password to my wireless conection? Iam with Virgin media at the moment. Any help would be much appreciated, so long as it's the idiots guide!:rotfl:
I may have one already but how would I know....I do not enter anything to connect so does this mean there is not one already? A freind set it up for me.
Thanks in advance

It will say Security enabled wireless network (WPA), if it is secured, on the wireless network connection screen

put a wpa-psk/tkip password in, save it, then tell your PC/laptop what it is, and tell it to connect when in range.
If you have an ethernet cable, it is best to plug it into the router, and do it wired, because as soon as you put a password into the router, it will disconnect the PC otherwiseEver get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0 -
