Hello All

Sorry if this has already been covered here!

I finished my IVA last summer 2011 and had a shortfall therefore paying an extra 3 months of payments.

My account is still not closed due to PPI, which currently going through the process of claim back through equilty
finance who charge 33% fee.

Should my PPI go back into my IVA? as i've paid my 63 months based on what I could afford. Therefore they I'm
paying more than agreed including PPI and should recieve some money back? no?

should I get and of the PPI money or will this go into my IVA???
Anyone has similar expereiences? or thoughts???

Thanks
Rich
