I sowed it, but for the life of me I can't remember what I sowed. :o I usually always label things but got called away just as I put the seeds in and forgot to go back to it. It could be food or flower.

Anyway...yes, just put some compost in the bottom of a pot, stick the Jiffy thing in and add more compost around it. Simples.
