Moving out sat and need some help !!!

hi all my partner and i and our little one are moving out on saturday to a 2 bed house in st ives and am wondering what things i need to do on the day after signing contracts etc really. also what do you think we could be paying for weekly food shop i know first one will be biggest as have to stock up on everything. most of the big stuff we already have as well as small house hold items. and i know packing is a must and we are in the middle of doing it all as we speak.

    Sorry, your post isn't very clear (please use some punctuation and paragraphs)- are you buying or renting?

    Before the food shop, you need to read your meters. YOu will then need to set up account with suppliers (you have the right to change to whoever you choose)

    If you are renting, is there an inventory? If they haven't run through it with you, you need to check the property in comparison, and make them aware of any differences. If there isn't an inventory and you're renting, why isn't there one.

    As for the weekly food shop question, lots of threads, and advice if your issue isn't covered on the old style money saving board.
