Strange spending

I recently been given a little windfall. But I'm still in debt to at least 4 creditors. My Debt is £5,000. I came into debt following important life saving surgery 15 years ago. But sadly I was not given the good love, care and support from my friends and family. Instead they were more interested in kicking me out and not contacting the social service to look after me. Even though I cared for my terminally ill cousin.
This happened in my early 20's. I have spend the last 10 years in and out of hidden homelessness, long term unemployment and long term debt. I do suffer with mental health issues and finally claiming DLA. I have received grant support from several help agencies.
Now that I have this little windfall. What should I do now? My Debt is far more higher than my windfall. I do have a low paying job to pay off creditors.
