Hi,
I'm hoping somebody can help me. I'm starting out in business and receive anything between 5 & 15 email enquiries from different people everyday via eBay. These are from potential customers. I use Outlook to process all my emails. The question I have is there any easy and quick way of getting all these people's email addresses into a database for future use or is the only way to individually and manually add all the email addresses via the "add contacts" function and then create a distribution list?
I appreciate your expert comments

Have a look at (File)/Import and Export - you can export messages to a .CSV file (comma separated) then load into Access or whatever. There is the option to select specific fields one you get to the "select file type" screen.0

Yes I agree with ManAtHome, although importing the .csv into Excel may be easier if you are not familiar with Access.0
