Halifax Ultimate Reward Account Value for Money?

Hi I am thinking of upgrading my halifax reward account to an ultimate account, but is it value?
What level of cover do they offer for breakdown and how much would this cost seperately?
Also travel insurance, how does it compare to other insurances and does it include holidaying in the UK? again what would this cost if I bought this on its own, does it cover my girlfriend and my 1 year old daughter?
What level of cover do you get for mobile phones? lost, stolen, unautherised use? we have 2 htc sensations, what would cost elsewhere?
I dont have any of these so are they worth it? we are looking at going abroad later this year so all 3 could be useful.
any help or suggestions would be most welcome
