can i claim ppi on the following?

1. had a brand new car financed by black horse paid last payment around 2003 have no paperwork

2 used to bank with lloyds tsb around 15 years ago and had 3 loans again no paper work

was sold loans with ppi or wouldnt be allowed the loan is it worth me phoning the two companies or has it been to long ago and the fact i no longer have the paperwork

Sorry i can't offer any help myself. In a similar situation regarding paperwork so interested to see what is said

It is unlikely any evidence exists from that long ago, in which case you have a non starter (complaint that is - I don't know about the car!).

1. rang black horse and been told i need a loan no. was told told to phone my bank and they could give it me off the d/d, halifax only keep the records for 6 years so think this ones a no go.

2. rang tsb was told to go into the branch and get the loan no.
will try tommorow got my fingers crossed on this one

phoned tsb branch i had account with was told to visit branch with id and i would be given the product no. for the 2 loans just got back with it and phoned the complaints no. been told i will get a letter in 5 days saying its being investigated and in 8 weeks i will know the outcome. got fingers and toes crossed now
