Lombard Direct - RBS?

Hi all

A few weeks ago I helped hubs fill in a PPI consumer questionnaire.

His ppi was to cover a Lombard Direct loan.

This loan is now part of a DMP - administered via a Scottish DAS, and they receive a payment monthly for this and have done for the last 4 years.

However.......today RBS sent back the form we sent saying they are "unable to progress this matter further as, the current address you have supplied does not correspond with the records we have on file".

How can that be if they are currently receiving a monthly payment via the DAS which was registered at our current address?
