Over what period of time have the 30 accident forms accumulated?

Is it a constant flow of accidents or does it go through 'spells'? I found mine went through stages where I was signing accident forms almost every day, then a stage of none for ages and then another stage of loads.

Same with almost constant run-ins, bites etc from another child. That seems to be something that goes through stages as well. It's just as awful on the other side as well I can tell you. The nursery and I did everything to stop my daughter biting, but for a couple of weeks she seemed to target one wee boy. It was horrid, but what goes around and all that - she was the next to be the bited.

At 2 years old the ratio should be 1:4. Ratios are something that places who keep their staffing numbers very close to the minumum struggle with when there's sickness or even just someone running late. It's something to watch. A place that often seems understaffed may very well be and that's not a good sign.

At the end of the day if you've lost confidence in them then you should seriously consider moving. I'd ask for her to go back to the other room during that month. However if that room is for under 2's you may find them reluctant as in a room with under 2's the ratio should be 1:3.
