Can anyone help please.
I recently recieved a copy of my original credit agreement for my loan from Tesco. Taken out in 2004 and repaid early in full.
Main loan was £11000 and Insurance loan was £1655 = total credit £12655
Total charge for credit = £2112.80 Total amount payable = 14767.80
Repayments £246.13 (£213.94 Main loan + £32.19 insurance loan)
Do I have a case and what reason do I use for being Mis-sold the PPI? And do I just use a template letter? They have not given me my account number though and the paperwork doesnt have the account number on it so should I just photocopy the credit agreement and send that with the letter?
Thanks very much in advance, im really stuck and would like to fight them myself if possible. :money:

Yes you can claim, Definitely front loaded PPI and make sure they know, that you know. Send a copy of the agreement and inform them that you have paid interest on the PPI for the duration of the term. Demand back all PPI paid + interest paid on it over the term and 8% standard interest Good luck, not that you should need it to claim as this is front loaded PPI0

Apparentlly so, because it was basically a loan upon a loan. Someone may correct me.
I'm 8 weeks into my claim with Tesco's and have been told its going to be another 3 weeks at least, another poster is 14 weeks into his claim, so they are not quick to turn them around.0 -

Yep, they are slow. 15 weeks tomorrow and still waiting. I've now been told on the phone that I should be getting a response sometime this week. What's that I see flying overhead? A pig?0
