I suspect he was referring to a moped. If he was then he should think about the type of roads he will be driving on as a moped restricted to 30mph will be a liability on faster roads."You should know not to believe everything in media & polls by now !"

Thanks for clearing-up the issue around the distance between wheel centres. It is indeed 410mm.
I can see more bike makers adding two wheels to the front in order to make their machines more easily accessible to those with car licenses only.Never Knowingly Understood.
