Hi Folks

Just abit of info here. Been told by a bt technical bod not to use the call centre for problems.

He has said the best thing to do is use the BT forums and email the MODS there with problems. This gets handled faster and by staff in the UK.

That seems to be the concensus from what i ahve been reading the last week or so.

However, if you dont have a connection what are you supposed to do.
Even if you go the forum route, it takes 3 days for a mod to pick up if at all. Theres people on there thats had simple problems taking 10 days, what other ISP do actually sort within a few hours.

is it a phone line or BB problem? you dont mention this.

I managed to download a copy of their BTBBDesktopHelpInstallSMB.exe when I had connection problems. I could only access the BT web site. (I have business broadband)

When I came to install it, it said I had to have an internet connection to install it! Seemed kind of pointless really?

Would that be the same as the repetitive script you listen to from India?
