    can i ask does the email need replying to? Reason i ask is i have lost access to my main email address (apparently it was hacked and shut down and aol wont let me reopen it)
    I hate to think how many important emails i have missed

    There's a link in the email - you need to click through and fill out your details on the form for them to send you your cleanser. I've deleted the original email though so no longer have the link...
