Dell laptop lid

Hi I bought a Dell n5030 from PC world last may and now the lid is very loose and everytime i lift it it pull the keyboard up and its forcing down the off button. If i take this back to PCW, will they repair as its still in the 1 year warantee?

They can only say no. I guess the onus will be on you that to prove that you haven't mistreated or dropped the laptop as opposed to them being manufacturing faults.0
