LowCostHolidays - Baggage Ripoff

I just completed a booking with lowcostholidays for a package deal. When it came to selecting the last final details, like baggage I was surprised that you only had 2 choices. ALL or NOTHING at £50 PP for a Thomas Cook flight. I called them but no-one was there at that time in the evening. Changing the booking later incurred an additional £35 fee and this was the limited availability so I booked it. I called them 12 hours later and pointed out there was no option for a single suitcase, they said "Sorry its booked, no refund". I also found out the Thomas Cook only charge £16 PP E/W for the same flight. I written a letter to complain because they should have an option to select the number of suitcases. How many other people are getting ripped off on baggage? The only "low cost" is the service.
