* Are you allowed to offer delivery on Ebay?*

I'm putting some items on ebay and wondered if you are allowed to deliver to people for a fee? I'm willing to deliver to anyone in the local area for £3 but not sure if it's allowed.
Any help much appreciated.

I don't think there's anything in ebay rules that prevent you doing that. However, it's likely that you'll be breaking the terms of your car insurance so I'd be careful on that score.
Probably safest to offer free delivery or collection by the buyer. Can I help?0 -
Oh and don't forget if you are going to drop something off, or offer collection as an offer to remove the paypal option for payment. Delivered items or collected items should either be paid for by bank transfer or cheque in advance, or by cash on collection/delivery.

Thanks for all the replies, just wondered if it was against any ebay rules, glad to hear it is not."I did then, what I knew then. And when I knew better, I did better"0 -
I see offers for delivery at a per mile rate or whatever quite regularly on ebay. I can’t see how it breaks ebay rules.
Go ahead but take the good advice above about not accepting Paypal for delivery or collection.
Be careful when delivering to a strangers home.0
