Ppi claim

I have contacted four different banks regarding whether I had paid ppi
On mortgage,s and bank loans ,after ten day,s. or so each had replied saying I had not ,My question is they did not provide. Me with
Documented proof, do I take ther word that I had not paid ppi ?
Must they tell if I had done .

If you believe you may of had PPI then either make a CCA request if loan still active for £1 each or if account close make a DSAR request for £10 each which will return all information held about you from the lender. Of course if you are just fishing then this could waste you £40 quid

That sounds fair.

Of course there is no guarantee that they still have the data and it may be that any PPI which did exist was sold by somebody else and they never knew about it.
