It will do the job with a lot more functionality, such as advanced VPN features, that you won't need - hence the price.
The Linksys equivalent of the D-Link is the Linksys BEFSR41 and is similar in price.
Should be able to get either the basic D-Link or Linksys off the web with guaranteed next day deliver for around £30 total. How much is the PC World router?
Avoid the rush to market. If TW are doing a home visit install all they will do is connect their modem via USB to one of your computers. You should be able to take your time, buy the right kit at the best price and reconfigure the network yourself. Pretty easy to do and planty of folks on here can give advice, if needed.
