Really dumb question

I have had loans, credit cards etc with the following over the years

Lloyds TSB
Northern Rock (Mortgage)
First Plus (2nd Mortgage)
Egg
Goldfish
** both the above are under the umbrella of Barclaycard **
Debenhams store card
Next account

Should I be sending a letter to all of these companies as I don't actually know which ones would have had PPI on them - I have already instigated my LTSB loan claims (3 in total)

I am so confused? :p

Yes each would need to be a separate letter of complaint unless they are top-up loans from a previous one.
If any of these loans are still active you can simply write to the lender requesting a CCA and sending £1 to receive a copy of your credit agreements otherwise you would have to request a CCA at the cost of £10 each
Not all CMC`s are the same....:A

If the accounts are closed then you need to do a Sar

Send one to each company ( even if you had 3 accounts with one ) and enclose £10, this should get you all the info you need, do not ask for agreement or anything specific, you need to ask for all the info they have.

Give as many details as you can to help them find your accounts.

Obviously meant to say DSAR (data sSubject access Request)
