    UPDATE.
I contacted my MP 3 days ago who in turn contacted the complaints manager for the DWP.He has ordered the decision making team to pull all my files and look at them again. While i know this does not guarantee a decision in my favour it will ensure they do not skim over the important evidence and hopefully review it successfully.

Has nobody legally challenged the descriptors, surely there are people out there who are unfit for work and do not fit any of the descriptors

What 'the state' would probably argue is that they can cover such cases with special circumstances criteria... and such does exist.

I see your MP is getting in on the act... could prove interesting... but I just hope the focus is on the Support Group descriptors (or special circs criteria) as otherwise it is going to probably be a waste of time. What concerns me is that you yourself haven't identified here how you think you qualify for Support Group.... not that you have to of course.. but it suggests to me your case for reconsideration (which could be what the MP has effectively invoked) may be flawed.

They have said my files are locked away in vaults and will take a while to dig out,my claim does not officially end until 1st May so why would they already be locked away?

If you have been deemed fit to work after a medical, maybe you should spend less time on here and more looking for a job.

Where on here does it say i have been found fit for work,do you actually read from the beginning,do not judge what you do not know!

lol... amazingly they said my ESA113 (GP factual report) had been put into storage... I requested a copy before the reassessment decision had been made..lol..took many weeks to get a copy. Sounds like they don't like paperwork loitering around for long at all.
