    I realise this thread is quite old but I'm having a similar problem.


    I had a builder recommended to replace a blown lintel above my kitchen door and window. Said builder arrived and gave me what I considered a reasonable quote for the job but has failed to respond to any further contact.


    Nearly a year on I guess it's time to look for another builder. Has anyone any recommendations also in the East Belfast area?
