Did a complete cowboy job on a leaking extension roof then went incommunicado and never returned to fix his mistakes.

When a reputable builder came to put things right he couldn't believe the shoddy work.

Could I be a nuisance and ask for the roofers' details; Greentea & Warmhands?

I have called four roofers, two didn't respond to messages left, one hasn't bothered making arrangements after two weeks and another didn't bother turning up as arranged to see the roof. Recession? What's that??
