Problems with Sendit.com

Hello - I am having terrible problems with Sendit.com!
I placed and order at the begining of January and I am still to received my order. It has been in stock once but my credit card had expired (end of March) as taken so long. I sent new details but they send my order to someone else!!!!
I am trying to find any contact details to complain but getting nowhere quickly. Even called a random number for Sendit.com admin in Belfast and they are not part of the website and had NO contact details they could give me.
Head banging on a wall. Any help would be fab!
