Can anyone give me advice for PPI on loan and credit card

2002 I was working as graphic designer
I had to take a loan and credit card due to becoming single
parent and divorcing whilst things were being sorted.

2003 became ill NOT PRE EXSITING HEALTH PROBLEMS

2004 to present
had to give up work due to 7 health issues and 3 of those
disabilities. Registered disabled.

2004 I advised Halifax loan and credit card of health. They paid the
PPI then after 6 months I received a letter stating after 1yr the payment would cease. They still took PPI every month of £7.95
I called and wrote letters they ignored me.
I wasnt told that there was a time limit to my health being bad?
CAB advice was only pay priority debts with benefits.
I wrote a letter explaining all to halifax PPI
This then left me with harassment As they sold my details to debt collectors and black listed me.

2007 Halifax credit card also when into my Halifax bank account when they saw a payment from disabled living allowance back payment go in as it had taken me months to claim they took £500 with no prior direct debit or permission they ignored me when I wrote a letter or called

2007/8 When I tried to claim bank charges they ignored me and said its on hold

2012 The harrassement still continues today even though I wrote to them and told them what happened! I am black listed due to them!

So can anyone suggest what I do from this point?
Outstanding balance is £2000 from £7000 loan which should have been paid as still ill today!
Credit card £600 and thats due to ther own charges
Crazy but true! I'd really appreciate some guideance as Yesterday PPi hit the news NOT to go with company's as they get the money and I had spent Sunday filling a form! So I thought I'd ask on here and put it on hold till I had some valuable advice worried it will get offset and left in more debt with the company claiming the PPI!

Many thanks
