Barclays ppi...reopening investigation.

Just wanted to know if anyone has been in same situation as myself. I have claimes ppi on several barclays product and have been successful except for my barclaycard. I cancelled my ppi on this card early 2011 but did intially pay ppi from 2007. The letter stated that they cannont find any policy on this product. I have sent a letter with 2 different statments proving that i was paying it and have asked them to reopen investigation. Do you think they will do this or is it a going to have to be donr via financial ombudsman??
Any advice or similar stories??

See what they come back with, you have shown PPI was paid and they will look at this again.0

mine was rejected today by barclaycard i had 4 barclays products 2 have paid out so far overdraft and loan all taken out at the same time all the same reason have not received my letter saying why yet but mine took 16 weeks to sort out i am now going to fos to sort it out x0
