Morning all, I am about to start the process of a PPI claim for my Dad who as he has had loans etc with Lloyds TSB in the past and thinks he may have had PPI. The problem is he doesnt have any paperwork.
I have been through the FAQs on doing a claim, but that suggests asking for the t &cs of the relevant account. As all I have is my dads current account number, can we write to them with just this info.
Thanks

Ask for all info they hold on your Dad and enclose £10 give them 40 days to respond.
