Only a matter of time before a new thread, surely?0

Hi Guys. Been away for ages, not posted. Must have missed a few threads. Been trying to catch up. Too much, don't think I 'll make it.
Nice to see most are doing well.
Need some advice please
Had the most horrendous experience at Tesco today
While standing at checkout got a couple (4) packs of batteries with something else. Off I go to customer services. Oh my goodness I cant believe the lady, she was so rude accusing me off allsort. I'm not as strong as you lot I just got really upset and tearful. I called the manager, he didn't say much. The thing is I don't do DTD and not been to CS many times. I told her keep the batteries and give me my money back. By this time loads of people were watching me and she had other (so called) CS backing her.
Excuse the jerky post still shaking. Wish I never picked up the batteries.
Any advice appreciated, how can they speak to people like this. Thanks0 -
Afternoon all! I've fallen so far behind that I've had to skip a few pages
Just had my 'My Deco' order delivered :jhttp://mydeco.com/p/karlsson-little-big-time-clock-black/GB00000011D1AC330758C3C4DC9AC4F7C3458672/#search=prefdb%3Dproduct%26query%3Dlittle%2Bbig%2Btime%2Bwall%2Bclock%26startrank%3D6%26view%3Dimages Chuffed to bits with it. My brother has this clock and I've wanted it for years
Also had DHs birthday pressie delivered (paid for with money from ebay sales) and have ordered DS a bike and other bits for his birthday from Ts with doubled up CC vouchers.
I love getting all this stuff without parting with real money :jA bargain is something you don't need at a price you can't resist0 -

The parties are run by a company called Come Round
this is their facebook page
https://www.facebook.com/ComeRoundUK
I was invited to a party my daughter held for the new Sharwood's Indian wraps and that's where they got my email address.
They invited me to apply for the ironing party and after a short survey I was accepted.
It looks like you can sign up on their facebook page - it's certainly worth a go.0 -

Complain! terrible behaviourI have been very lucky tbh and 9 out of 10 times I have had nice customer service people explain DTD and apologize.
You shouldn't have to feel like that. I would either ring HO up or email Philip clarke and explain the situation and how on earth they call that customer service is beyond me.Tesco Head Office Phone Numbers in case you have a problem at the Customer Service Desk: 0800505555 and 01382822700

I'm glad the Mothers Day flower decorating kits are going for 1p in some stores, mine had aprox 10 in but scanned at £2.
We had a 14 hour power cut (the whole village) and now our fridge freezer won't work! Makes a noise and the light comes on but everything defrosted and nothing keeping cold in the fridge. This happened Tuesday 2am till 16.00hrs. Neighbour had room for one bag of stuff but the rest is wasted apart from the little I can cook and eat within 2 days. Quote for repair £215! Nightmare as the out law is coming from SA for DD wedding in less than 2 weeks and all funds gone towards wedding.
To make matters worse OH says he can't take the door off to get the fridge out as he has stripped the hinge screws after he bent the hinge rod! (it's a side by side fridge freezer)
Hope others are having a better day.0 -
Just back from T's in F4alk1rk. I got 2 mothers's day chocolate flowers and left about 10 on the shelf. They were on the clearance shelf near the soft drinks aisle. 1p. Couldn't find any other 1p chocs, but did get some 32p sild. Our dog is allergic to meat so these get added to his fish and rice dried dog food!!0
