Just a very quick one, lurking at work!

    Pricecheck finally in:

    Tesco Large Whole Chicken Roaster (1.80-2.20kg) T£5.00 A£2.45 :j

Think the A price is per kg!

This was last week and price check only just came in so will try another one. We eat a lot of whole chickens!

This one has been going a long while now - I have mentioned it a couple of times on this thread and also on previous ones (on my first one it compared at £3.xx so it will vary). Worth mentioning it again though (as we don't all have time to read everything) and it's such a good deal :D

They are the ones with the big Union Jack on :)

    Afternoon all :)

Sorry not caught up yet so this may have been posted before...

Price checks are in - meal deal didn't compare :(

Tried Plan de Dieu red wine and Rosemary Roasted potatoes (both compare on MSM). Anyone had any luck with the Nero D'Avola red? it wasn't in the Meal Deal cabinet so I'm hoping it will be in the wine section and they deliberately didn't put it there ;)

Black Tower Rivaner Riesling (small bottle) T£1.99 A£1.58 4 for £5.
Bought 4 in conjunction with 2 meal deals To get the 25% off and it compares at full price so £2.96 back. Works out at 75p a bottle :)

Large Roaster chickens are now comparing T£5 / A£2.48 :D

Thanks for that - I got my first lot a couple of weeks back and they are yummy so would have tried for more if I'd seen them!

hi my local lurkered again no welches, cerealbars,or anything else mentioned on shelfs please come foward and say hi, whoever you are no one bites on here :)

but did look on top shelf 2 boxes of cereal bars tried to reach and a nice young lad said let me and got them both down:T
    scanned at 40p
used vouchers from priceflop got 2 packs donuts 2 packs rolls and frenchstick for £1.70
lots of fruit and veg used both vouchers each time but had to divide shop up as they would only take one of each per transaction but £4 veg for £2 is good as we buy it weekly anyway.

Hope all goes well at the dentist :(

It's interesting about the random offers that glitch for a day, isn't it?

I had a DTD on a couple of chicken kievs the other day (expired offer 2 for £3) but the next day the offer was back on. I think it's worth keeping an eye on the expiry dates of the 'rolling offers' as I'm sure there have been several that have glitched for a day before the offer continues the next day ;)
  • Brunch bars in my extra had sel 40p but shelf was empty so don't know if they scanned at this
