Hi HRT! So glad you got up the courage to post :T
To everyone else, I had the pleasure of meeting this lovely lady at the self-scanner of my local T's and we subsequently had a lovely chat about all things MSE :money:
She was kind enough to give me a few Wenches and nut coupons as I couldn't find the mag anywhere :A
On another note, managed to grab a 'few' more boxes of brunch bars and some socks today! Also got DTD in a different store but prob just a lucky one. Picked up a Sienna Gold Home Lite (a long handled lighter for lighting candles, bbq's etc) as have wanted something like this for a while but they were more than I wanted to pay. Anyway, the clipstrip sticker said £1.20 which I thought was a good price. While I was at self scanner scanning some other bits, habit made me scan the lighter too and it scanned at £3:eek:. Naturally I went and picked up another :rotfl:.
So, got 2 lighters and £1.20 off my shopping! Could well have been lucky tho as the clipstrip had no specifics on it, just a sticvker saying £1.20 so I guess they could have just been hung on the wrond strip or something.
Also went past the clearance basket and there were 3 48 sachet boxes of Whiskas reduced down to £6 each! Picked up all 3 and now have a decent stockpile of cat food lol! The boxes were a bit damaged and taped up but I'm sure the cat won't mind0 -
Hi everyone
Had the weirdest day today... Was in a meeting at work when all of a sudden a huge swarm of honey bees filled the outside courtyard. Had to call in a local beekeeper who put out a hive for them to go into. He told us that the swarm was about 15 thousand bees!!
I wouldn't have minded the excitment but i had to climb out of a window at the back of the office so i could have a ciggy (i know) as they were swarming outside the door.
Cheered myself up with a couple of months supply of Brunch Bars still lots left in the Gl*&^£ster store.
Hope everyone's had an ok day. :grouphug: to those that haven't0 -
I am obviously slacking! :rotfl:Did see lots of SAs walking around with yellow SELs this morning too. Think it's because Wool27 used to always get there before me so I guessI never really think to look.
Did you find any socks? I left lots yesterday.

You have to guess how many beers are in the fridge - there is 1 hint and might be others (I haven't got a clue how many to put
the answer is ...not enough , make mine a double barkeep :beer:I was young once , now I get older all the time .0
