;)Hiya guys, will be back when I catch up but can anyone tell me the best way to get cheap calls in America please? My Big Sis just text to ask me and I knew someone on here would know as several of you so to the US of A on holiday ;) she has a Blackberry by the way

    Many thanks in advance

If you google "cheap calls" a number of websites come up. You then need to look up the country and wether its a "landline to mobile" or "landline to landline" etc. You then get an access code to ring and this you ring before you ring the country code and the persons number.

I ring eldest son in Cyprus a couple of times a month. using the access code costs about 12 or 15p wether or not you get connected. Last time I got through straight away though which was good. Calls then cost me 2p per minite so I rattle on for about half an hour.

The one I am using is called ratebuster but there are laods of others eg tele88, phone cheap, planet talk, bestminites, dialwise, dialaround etc.

Also what about skype - I think you can get skype on mobile devises as well as laptops and computers, I lnow there is a version for ipads

    He sounds well dodgy
I agree I would totally advise against giving anyone money on your doorstop or even details of your cc. I don't think that this is the policy of the TV Licence people. They usually write to you first.
If he comes again ask his name and ID tell him that you are going to check right then and to hang on whilst you check him out. I bet he will scarper pronto.

Ta to the nice person this afternoon that said the wine was being double discounted in Sainsburys. I just assumed that all of the other discounts would disappear when the 25% wine festival was on - sure that is what has happened before in Sainsburys.

Anyway there were crates of the wines on 3 for £12 by the CS desk but I also had a quick look along the aisles. I saw a Californian red on 3 for £12 - Berry something, also the Australian Shiraz. Just a matter of checking the shelves carefully
    but I got
Torretta Di Mondelli Pinot Grigio Vento £9.99 (Italian)
    barcode ends 48694
(make sure you dont pick up the similar one which is only £4.99 and not on multibuy)
    6 bottles = £59.94
    minus 3 for £12 offer - £35.94
    minus 25% - £6
    final total £18

Great if you have some nectar points stored up and also if you have bonus points till spits - I get 200 points for £50 spends most weeks. Also good if you also get a couple of Palmolives at the same time.

These would also be good for end of the year teachers presents or Fathers day presents :T
