    Cattysmum,
It's hard to advise anyone on what to look for in a caravan, cos it's very much a personal preference. My OH and I have had a few campervans and the thing that's most important to us is being able to have a bed left made up and still have a place to sit and eat, read, lounge etc. Some very small caravans only have the lounge area to turn into the bed at night. We found it became a pain every night having to make up the bed. Also you MUST check carefully for any signs of water ingress in a second hand caravan. You don't want problems like that if it's your 1st van.

Morning everyone, Lovely sunny morning here in Scotland.:j:j

    Just had an OMG moment.

Was pleased to find a lonely plastic box of 4 ferrero rocher chocs and went to the ss til... item not on file. SA was VERY helpful  and tried to key it in... called the manager... offered it to me for £1, and I kindly declined.... offered it to me for 50p and little-un said PLEEEEASE, so I thought I would be a kind mummy...

    the BB date is 08 10 10 !!! :eek::eek::eek:
rang CS and they advised I take it back :rotfl::rotfl:

    o.m.g. !

Good morning everyone its quite dull here today at the minute.Im just off for a walk into the village for a paperso hope rain holds off. We had a little adventure yesterday we went for a look round a caravan camp site with a biew to getting a touring caravan BUT leaving it on a seasonal pitch instead of towing it around. We saw some lovely caravans but being a total amateur havnt a clue what we need can anyone suggesg any websites we can go on for advise info etc? Also my eye operation is coming up week after next so We have plenty of time to research. The site we were looking at was Muston Grange in Filey it looked nice but any info from folks who have stayed there would be really helpfull. OH getting impatient now to go out so will catch up later bye

Its usually in big red cardboard boxes once you have gone through the tills, the cover is "jubilee" related as in red/white/blue themed with a lady on the front

    Morning All ,

It's bloomin' hard to find something that isn't Jubilee related with a picture of a lady and Jack on the front .

I'm waiting for 6 price check vouchers coming back and one includes huggies wipes. When Tesco were cheaper or the same price they matched them but when Asda were cheaper they came up as N/A so I haven't bought them for a few weeks in Tesco, but I thought I'd give them a try last friday and IF I get my results I'll let you know

I have bought the single packs of Huggies Pure twice whilst they have been £1 at A's and they haven't compared even thought they do on My Supermarket:mad::mad:

I also bought the 6pks of Johnsons which do compare £6.49T £4A (double check this as it was last week) and T's had sent me 4x £1 off MOC's in the baby club mailing.:

I bought single packs at £2.59 about a month ago and they didnt compare. Called up CS who said it should havecompared and they apologised by sending me a moneycard. I was told it would be rectified and passed on to tech team

Hopefully it is sorted as i'm doing a JTD shop today and it includes these using the asda starter kit coupons. Quite excited as its my first JTD geared shop

    Not on any lists either.
To be honest I'm not surprised, after the paragraph was added telling people they could use the coupons on bogof things I was expecting it to get pulled.

    Evening all.
Phew! just about managed to catch up.
Feeling a lot more human today ...so have been out for a meal tonight to see my inlaws who have just returned from a holiday in Russia.
First time I've been anywhere at all for over a week!!
Been prescribed some new migraine preventative meds (pizotifen) so hopefully these might work. If they don't I think there's only one more left to try....so fingers crossed.
Yesterday was the migraine from hell......the banging your head against a wall type, but today has been virtually headache free.....and what a difference....I might have even managed to smile :) (although my husband will swear it was just wind;))

My GP is still happy for me to drive as long as I continue to get warnings of the vertigo attacks and can pull over if necessary. I've never had to do this as I don't go anywhere if I'm having a bad day.
I'm still not feeling ready to face T's though, and although I'd love some socks I don't think it's worth risking making myself ill trying to find some. I always end up with a headache after shopping and driving and I don't want to risk another week like I've just had......

Thanks for all the kind words.....I'll try not to be a misery guts from now on. Just give me a good kick up the bum if I go quiet again :)

i hope your migraines go with ur new medication hun, sounds like ur having a hard time, take care!

Not a good start to my day...part of a filling on a back tooth has just come out. I keep playing with the 'gap' with my tongue...so annoying. Have made an appointment to have it replaced on Thursday. My dentist is lovely but I hate having work done, didn't mind when my Dad in law did my teeth. I have a fear of injections so have any work done without them.

Happy 1p chocolate hunting and hope everyone has a good day.. :)
    Born to glitch :D
