Anyone got their £20 voucher to work on MyDeco.com :(

    Mine wont work says :

Sorry - the Promotional Code entered was not recognised!

    when i apply code

Mine worked, I spent it on sth less than £20 and it gave me the item free and I just had to pay the postage. Maybe the site's busy, so perhaps try again? :o

Product we delivered: heinz top down squeezy tomato ketchup sauce 700g.. price you pay: £2

    Price match refund 0.45

Oh and 3 broken eggs...... time for a complaint I think.... :rotfl:

    Afternoon all,

Not surprised about the broken eggs - the other day I saw one of their vans taking a mini-roundabout at speed almost on 2 wheels!

Trying to use it now, but got to rush out now lol

It was added the voucher but didn't deduct the £20, will have to figure it out when I get back.

Some items have free delivery, otherwise the delivery amount varies based on each item.

It didn't show it deducting on screen when you placed the order, but I've had the confirmatory email and it was deducted as per my earlier post. I was a bit concerned too till I'd checked. :)

ah right thanks for that, as I thought it might go down when I went to pay by paypal and it didn't so didn't want to checkout just incase get charged the full price.

edit: hmm it still seems to have charged me full price ...shows £22.96 in confirmation email

    I ordered 4 x thai lotus tealights @ £5 each ...plus the £2.96 p&p

Will speak with them on their live chat.

    edit 2:

Nadeige: could you tell me your order number please?
you: I have placed the order and it shows up as full price in the confirmation email
    you: order no is ****
Nadeige: Thanks. Let me have a look
    you: ok
Nadeige: The terms of use were that you needed to spend over £20.02, and this did not apply to shipping. That is why your code did not work.
you: but it showed that it had been applied
you: and I thought it only needed to be £20.02 if you had free delivery
you: from the t&c's it states - If you choose items where delivery is free, please note the minimum spend is £20.02 (2p after your code is applied).
Nadeige: If you can give me your voucher code we will apply it as a good will gesture and refund you the £20.
you: ok thanks ....Your personal voucher code is: ********
    Nadeige: Thanks very much.

They were kind enough to pay me £5 to take away a set of DECT phones! No way would I pay the original price for them, but quite happy to be paid to take them away!

Thanks ever so for the heads up on this. Had a mooch round electricals and found a set with OOD sel. Have to say my heart was in my mouth - CS lady told me to stay put whilst she went to look and I was worried she'd just remove label and tell me I was imagining it but she came back and after a quick call to manager gave me DTD without me even asking. She did take my points off but didn't ask for the petrol coupon back :)
