with reference to your comments this comment was made in reference to a conversation with a member of staff in a tesco store but not against tesco staff or any other staff in particular for that matter more of a reference to rude people.
the references previously discussed with nhs were completely different that was about "7 doctors being rubbish as well as an nhs system of out of hours" which was in a completely different thing. and was removed by redfox as it was inappropriate, my comment tonight was with reference to something that happened in tesco w3hich is after all what this thread is about!

The op had presumably had a personal experience with 7 doctors who they deemed to be less than adequate, and the out of hours nhs service where their experiences were also deemed less than adequate. This was a personal experience not a general statement about the state of all workers in the nhs. Each to their own.

Yours was also a personal experience, just happened to be with Tesco and not the nhs.

I also noticed a big display of the Th0rnt0ns moments and it had both the vegetarian version and non vegetarian mixed together - I remembered someone had got dtd on this (last month I think sorry can't remember who it was) they were labelled up as being £4 and the vegetarian version scans at £4 and the non veg £10. So if you haven't seen these in your local store they may arrive as the better than half price offer is valid for another 2 or 3 weeks

Off to check see if I have missed anything

ooh did you get DTD on them then???:T:T:T

Lovely to hear from Fudge_Cake, Purdita and LovingTescoForever but sorry to hear how things have been for you all - hope that things can get better :D

We were at the car boot this morning and then at local hospital this afternoon. Bit of a mix up there, seems that wwe need not have had this appointment - bad communication between departments - but nothing spoiled as it was at local hospital and we got to talk things over with another nurse, who sent Alan for full bloods to check if he is anaemic, so we had them done on the way out

So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.

and whats this got to do with tesco staff being treated like the lowest of the low????????
i have nothing against tesco staff my daughter is applying for a part time job there! i do however think its appropriate to speakabout being treated unfavourably by someone about sticking to tesco's policys on a tesco thread?????

Just picking up on what Ed said, I'm not trying to offend anyone. As people, we are surrounded by people. Some treat us favourably and some don't! (This happens in tesco, asda, dentist, doctors, leisure centres.... etc) I realise I haven't been here long but I've certainly never known this to be a 'Tesco only' thread. Imo, op was probably looking for some support after some unfavourable experiences of her own. This thread has previously been very good at providing that sort of thing.

It is an opinion that the op has the right to have and you have the right not to agree with it if you so wish.

Signing off now, think I'm upsetting people. Night all.

Yes - lovely young man on CS dtd given without asking - he did check with someone but there was no arguing as the signs on the display were A4 size and the offer was not out of date.
