Well it's good to be clear then! I can understand people asking, but I can't understand a medic giving advice without seeing the patient. Apart from GO TO A+E NOW!

Amiethest price flop coupons are the coupons that are in the Tesco Price News leaflet that should be found by your T door, or are here

The thing for Welches is in the Tesco Magazine, again usually by an entrance, which has coupons in page 3 I think
